Former school, comfortable and close to downtown!

A comfortable quiet place to stay, this former school provides guests their own private classroom. Within the classroom are 3 sleeping areas as well as a living & dinette area. You will share the fully functional kitchen, shower/laundry, and the stage/gym space with others in the building. Located close to Watertown's unique downtown for shopping, fine dining, breweries, and pubs or exploring unique experiences. Off street parking is free. Garage space is available at an additional cost. This space currently has one queen bed, one double bed and one sleeper sofa . We will move beds in/out based on guest needs. You have access to the • gym including the games, toys, ping pong & foosball tables, basketballs, • stage & games, including the Bowflex & workout equipment • kitchen & pantry including all cookware, dishes, seasonings, condiments • shower, • laundry, • Suite C (Sanctuary) Church services are at 10:30 on Sunday morning My husband and I live in Suite B so we will be available to assist you throughout your stay. This is a typical quiet neighborhood with many family houses and a few apartments. We are located a block off of a major street so periodically, we hear ambulances passing. The building itself is very quiet as the cement walls block out most outdoor noise. Many neighbors walk their pets and visit. Many places are close enough to walk if you wish. Public transportation is available through the transit or Lyft.
