Cozy home away from home

Cozy home with garage and large backyard to enjoy while I’m away! It’s not fancy, but if you want a home away from home, a comfy couch, a deck to enjoy coffee, or an oversized garage to tinker in, this place is for you. Close to Skyview lake for nice weather days and located within a block of emergency snow routes for not so nice weather;) Ideal for someone in the area on business or in need of short term housing while building or relocating. Close to healthcare and manufacturing. This comfortable home has everything you need for a short term stay. Quiet neighborhood, reliable WiFi, washer and dryer in house, and Roku television. The second bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs, as is the washer and dryer. While I’m sure that your pet is wonderful, I’m allergic and the backyard is not pet approved. Thank you for understanding. Please enjoy the home and patio/yard! The front closet is locked, but there is an additional coat/storage closet in the den area. The basement has plenty of room to spread out~ previous guests have set up everything from sewing to fitness! You’re welcome to use the grill, but please don’t put it next to the vinyl siding~ it melts. Also, it probably needs propane. You’re welcome to do an exchange, or have the tank filled, whichever works for you:) (and if you enjoy working in the yard during your free time, go for it!) I’m available via phone, text, or email. Centrally located between Skyview lake and the downtown area. Walgreens/CVS is an easy walk. You’re probably going to need a vehicle .... There is one tiny corner of the basement that can get damp in a downpour. I keep a towel folded under the carpet there because it’s easier to swap out a damp towel than to dry carpet. There is also a dehumidifier available if needed. Lawn service is provided seasonally as is snow removal for heavy snowfall. There’s a shovel in the garage for regular winter snow.
