Beautiful bright Tudor cottage. The main kitchen is available if needed, there is also a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in your room for your personal use. There are dishes and silverware in the small cabinet in your room, I ask that you please wash them after use, I do not provide dishwashing services Beautiful home built in 1942. Has kept so much of it’s original charm such as hard wood floors and architectural details yet boasts a new kitchen with top of the line appliances and fully equipped bathrooms. You are welcome to use the kitchen and all outdoor areas except the out buildings. There is a fire pit with plenty of wood available, also a hammock to relax on when the weather is nice. There is a screen room at the back of the house with a propane fire pit and seating. I am always available by phone or text, and when I am home I am available when needed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I am blocks away from downtown where you will find shopping, dining, theatre, breweries and coffee houses. I am within walking distance of Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. The VA hospital is slightly over a mile away. Livingston College is a mile away. Behind the house is acres of green space. I have seen hawks, deer and foxes in my backyard! There is a park nearby with ducks to feed and tennis courts. Salisbury usually has a trolley tour every Saturday that highlights the historic landmarks, not sure about now with Covid. There is a fantastic antique store not far from here, and a farmers market every Saturday. There is a flea market every weekend on the other side of town. If you don’t mind walking, all of down town is within walking distance- about 1 mile at the most. There is plenty of free parking in town and here at the house if you prefer or need to drive. There is some public transportation- there is an information guide with the local attraction pamphlets in your room. Please note: 3rd party bookings are against Airbnb’s terms of service and will not be honored. If you book for another person the reservation will not be valid and it will be your responsibility to cancel it. I deep clean between each guest, however long term guests will need to take care of their own housekeeping. Broom, vacuum, mop, cleaning products available. The TV in your room is a smart TV with Hulu and Netflix apps for convenience to access your personal accounts. I do not provide streaming services.
