Mary and Snooks' Cozy Country Farm House.

Recently remodeled farm house in the country, high ceilings, wood floors, large yard, on a ridge top, satellite TV, internet, central air, barbeque grill, wineries / hiking near by. The original part of the house was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , it is now a two bedroom one bath home recently restored. The house now has the original 10 foot ceilings and original wood floors, its very charming country home with some modern touches. There is a large kitchen, a walkin bath tub, yfi, satellite TV. The home is located 3 miles south of Murphysboro, about 5 miles north of Little Grande Canyon, a popular hiking location. There is a restaurant (Mases's Place Bar and Grill) one mile south of Little Grande Canyon and the Pomona and Hickory Ridge wineries are approximately 2 and 3 miles south of Little Grande Canyon respectively. When turning on the shower the hot water comes out when you first turn on the shower. 2. The trash can is beneath the kitchen sink. 3. There are two larger trash cans in the out building next to the house. 4. There is a hammock kept in the west side entrance of the house. You can hang it on the two large maples in the back yard. There are two metal hooks in the maples. 5. There is a burn pit/ring just north of the house near the picnic table. There is some firewood near the pit. I keep a can of diesel fuel in the shed near the house to use as fire starter. 6. The gas for the barbeque grill is turned off. If you want to use it you will need to turn it on. Please turn it off when you are done. 7. Keep the basement door locked. I do keep some cleaning chemicals in the basement so young children should not enter. 8. My property stops at the south edge of the driveway. So the buildings south of the driveway do not belong to me. 9. There are extra chairs and chair cushions in the shed. 9. When you checkout make sure all windows are closed, lights and overhead fans are turned off, doors are locked, patio umbrella is in the closed position, put your trash in the larger trash cans located in the shed, and put the keys back in the lock box.
