Upstairs bedroom & shared guest bath downstairs are available in this mid-century home in quiet suburb just outside Philadelphia. 1 twin bed and 1 full futon. 30 min to Center City, 45 min to airport by train. Walk to train, amenities. Easy parking. The home is green design and retains its mid-century features. The room has a twin bed and a full-sized futon. Guests will have access to the common spaces including the kitchen and the yard with the BBQ I will be here to welcome you and help you settle in. I will be home during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with wonderful neighbors, lots of trees and flowers. It is within walking distance of both bus and train transportation into Phila. Wonderful little restaurants, a market, a coffee shop, and little stores are located at the train station. A short walk in the other direction brings you to a market, tavern, and pizza shops. The train into Phila. is a 20 minute walk away, The bus into Phila. stops around the corner. If you need butter, milk, etc., consider stopping at the market because I am vegan and don't keep dairy or eggs here.
