Our second floor apartment is perfect for two, but easily and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Ideally located for work or leisure, and just steps away from the Appell Center, Revs Stadium, York Rail Trail, restaurants, historic sites, and art galleries. The York Fairgrounds and Graham Center are a 10 minute drive away. We welcome guests for short or extended stays. Need more space, or have a larger group? Your apartment is down the hall to the right. Behind the door, the "Suite Life" begins; you'll find a clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable living space with room to spread out. You'll have access to the entire apartment with the exception of the locked supply closed in the living room. The living room was designed using calming neutral tones. It sofa bed converts to a queen size bed. You'll find a smart TV, with Netflix, ROKU, and the major networks through the Xfinity app. WiFi is included. The bedroom is features 17th century Dutch florals with 21st century style and has bay windows, a queen bed, and dedicated workstation. You have to pass through the bedroom to get to the grey tiled retro bath. there you will find a fully stocked bath-plenty of towels, toiletries and locally made soaps. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and ready for your use. It includes a microwave and Keurig. Throughout the apartment, we have made sure to follow CDC guidance for cleaning and sanitizing. Parking is included. No parties, no smoking, and no pets. No loud noise or music after 9 pm. Our place is centrally located to all downtown activities and special events. You'll also find a surprising number of restaurants serving a variety of international cuisines- Indian Thai, Italian, French, and American- all within walking distance. York College, York Hospital, the York Fairgrounds, and Memorial Hospital are 15 minutes or less by car. York is home to Harley Davidson, and York Barbell and both provide tours. There is also easy access to historic Lancaster (east) and Gettysburg (west), just 30 minutes away. Hershey, PA, the "Sweetest Place on Earth" and home to Hershey Park, and Baltimore's Inner Harbor with Oriole Park and the National Aquarium are both less than an hour away. Washington DC is less than 2 hours away. York is centrally located between Gettysburg and Lancaster, both less than an hour away, with really easy access to major cities like Baltimore (1 hour), Washington D.C. and Philadelphia (2 hours) and New York City (3 hours) away.
