Small studio apartment with own bathroom, small kitchenette in walk-in basement of a single family home. Furnished with Queen bed, Sofa, drawer, streaming TV (no cable TV) and dining table set. Kitchen with induction plates, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Entry in the back of the house shared with 2nd Airbnb guest. Bed-sheets, towels and hair dryer are provided. No laundry in the unit. We provide fan and a dehumidifier (in summer)but there is no AC. Great heating in winter. Parking in front of the garage is available. Hosts are usually available during the daytime Quiet and green neighborhood. In the winter four wheel drive is a plus. Very easy access to Rte 2, I-190 and The T (Commuter Rail, Shirley or Leominster Station). Only few minutes to downtown Leominster. 10 min to Market Basket, Aldi or Walmart. 5 min to Target. Whole property is non smoking, no smoking outside of the apartment. We can put ironing board and iron in the unit if needed.
