Dynamic Extended Stay in Beaumont Area

2 bedrooms (each with its own queen sized bed) and 1 bath apartment with in-unit washer & dryer, and high speed internet. Great for traveling professionals coming in to work. We’re located between Beaumont and Lumberton, and not far away from anything. Love to host you during your travels! (Please note: our place is not set up for babies, young children. Pets are not allowed.) Our place is a brand new duplex located just outside the Beaumont, TX city limit. It has a concrete driveway with parking right up to the door, and each unit in the duplex has its own 2 bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, and laundry with full sized washer & dryer. Just inside the front door is a built-in mudroom style locker that is a super convenient place for jackets, boots, and shoes. Our internet service is blazing fast (see photo of the download speed.) Both bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted ROKU TVs that you can use to sign in to your own streaming services. The bedrooms have windows that look out on a large backyard that often has deer passing through. Everything in your place is private. The only shared area is the driveway & the backyard, and that's only shared with the guests in the other unit of the duplex. We give our guests space but are available when needed. We use a key-less entry system. In fact, you provide the code you will use for your stay. Our interaction with guests is as needed. Each month the air filters are changed, and yard work is performed to keep property in attractive condition. However, we live nearby and are always only a phone call away. Rose Hill Acres is a (very) small bedroom community just north of Beaumont and south of Lumberton TX on US Hwy 69. If you are lucky, you'll see deer crossing the backyard in the cool of the day! You will need an automobile to get around. There is no public transportation to speak of in this area. Firm no pets and no indoor smoking policy.
