Second floor features master bedrm w ensuite heated floors & glass shower, 2 bedrms with shared separate 3 pc bathrm. Finished basement features bedrm w separate 3 pc bathrm, billiards, pinball machine, dart board, lounge area w smart TV, bar & ellipitcal. Outdoor features include use of private 40 x 20 ft enclosed heated in-ground pool (June through Labour day) with covered gazebo, fridge, washroom, change room, lounge area with large umbrella, hammock, fire pit, private outdoor salt water hot tub (new 2020), badminton and volleyball grass courts and basketball hoop. Devil's Glen and Mansfield ski resorts are 10 and 20 minutes away respectively. Collingwood is a 20 minute drive and Blue Mountain 35 mins. Main floor TV is linked to an Android box with HDMI cable for your laptop. Basement TV is a WiFi equipped with NetFlix, etc. WiFi is hi-speed via Bell cable.
