Quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, bars, & shops. Beautiful waterfront down the road. Enjoy cooking in this modern kitchen with an outdoor grill. Wine and dine on the screened in back porch while enjoying views of the 5 acres of nature preserve behind the backyard. You can even use the included binoculars to spot birds in the trees and deer roaming in the tall grass fields. Relax on the luxurious sofa behind a 75" flat screen TV equipped with a roku so you can use all of your own streaming services. Work in the sunny den with professional at-home office setup. You have access to the entire property including full kitchen, porch, living room and dining area, office/sunroom, and 3 bedrooms. You also have access to a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. My husband and I live just 15 minutes away and available to help make your stay comfortable. You will have complete access to the property and won't see us unless you need us! This house is situated just steps away from a neighborhood garden nursery as well as a bank, gas station and CVS within walking distance. Downtown Mamaroneck is just a mile down the road with delicious restaurants, bagel cafes, and the beautiful Mamaroneck harbor. Nature buffs can explore the Marshlands Conservancy, which has hundreds of birds, deer, turkey, foxes, and other animals along with access to the Long Island sound. Also within a 10-minute drive is the Saxon Woods park complete with miles of serene nature trails. The driveway has room to fit 1-3 cars comfortably. The house is also situated just under a mile from the Mamaroneck train station which will get you to Grand Central Station in 40 minutes.
