This is a very quiet neighborhood. The house is newly remodeled. This Private room in Newton is very well located. Walking distance to Aquina College, Whole Foods, Dunkin’ Donuts, and several restaurants. There is a gym across the street and a few bus stops around to go downtown. There are other responsible Airbnbers. Around 15 minutes to Harvard and/or the airport (with no traffic). 11 minutes to Bentley University. Great place for an awesome vacation or long term stay for professional people. Washer, Dryer, public transportation, internet, amenities... I try to keep myself busy to give you privacy. I do my best to meet you and welcome you. I respond quickly if you need anything. However, privacy has never been an issue. It is quiet and centrical. Great location! There are restaurants, gyms, bus stops, colleges, the post office, and there is a police station at a few minutes that seems to keep peace and safety around here. There are several forms of transportation. Uber and Lyft would charge around $15-20 dollar on a normal day to go downtown which is 7 miles from here. Easy access to I-90. There is a couple of train stations, if you have a car, to park and go explore the city on the train. There are a few routes that bring you straight to down town or any T. I typically (Hidden by Airbnb) the best way to get to point A to B depending on the time.
