Queen size super comfortable medium firm bed, 50" flat screen TV that works off the Wi-Fi (you can use your Netflix, Hulu, etc. membership). Shared Washer Dryer and special sound dampening in the walls so you can have a peaceful stay. Top of the hill location with pay parking behind building. I can be reached by phone or text anytime. I have staff that lives nearby if there is an emergency. Fabulous, quaint upscale English Village style neighbor hood. One of the best neighborhoods in the country - (Hidden by Airbnb) Chestnut Hill Forbes and you can read all about it. Nice upscale community that is very walkable with several restaurants, coffee shops, bars and quaint shops. Pay parking behind the building as well as some free street parking within a block or two, be sure to read the signs so you don't get a ticket! SEPTA Regional Rail, Chestnut Hill West across the street as well as many busses and uber and lyft service the area well. All of these apartments have an upflush system. It is a pump that makes a bit of noise for a few seconds when pumping out the water from the sinks or toilet or shower.
