Manitou Beach - Round Lake Home

Welcome to the perfect lake house getaway! Beautifully renovated home situated on the south end of Round Lake. Our location is in a highly regarded area, with access to Round Lake directly across the street with 70' of private lake front access (including the use of a dock, if needed.) The lake house is within walking distance to the Devil's Lake Yacht Club, and numerous Restaurants/bars. The beach area along our property features a small wooden deck along the water's edge (approximately 5' x 8') and a private dock. The shoreline area around our dock is "shallow" for approximately 20'; and the water is very clear (please refer to the photos included in the listing.) The shallow water area is a mix of sand and small pebble rocks. Included at the Lake House for our Guest's use: gas grill, an above-ground wood burning outdoor fire pit (must provide own fire wood), and (2) single person 8' kayaks with paddles (available for a small rental fee.) Guests will have access to the entire home. Guests are welcome to contact the Host during their stay with any questions or concerns. This residential area is primarily seasonal, with some full time residents. The neighborhood is well established and friendly. Parking is available on-site for up to (4) vehicles. Many visitors enjoy biking or walking around the Lake at leisure. Please note mopeds and golf carts must be street-legal based on the guidelines provided by local and state officials.
