Large eat in kitchenette with attached living area. Continental breakfast included upon check in. The upstairs apartment is completely renovated and gives a very modern and clean feel. You'll have the entire top level of the home to yourself so you'll feel a sense of privacy and quietness. You will access the attic apartment through a shared entrance to the home. Guests will be given a temporary code upon checking in to enter and exit a shared entrance of the home as they wish. Guests will enter through the kitchen & living room of the home to the door of the attic apartment which has its own privacy lock on it. I choose to give my guests their privacy during their stay but am available at any time for questions and concerns. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from Franciscan University, shops and restaurants. Free on street parking throughout the neighborhood
