LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE HERITAGE TRAIL! Welcome to what we call "Country Infinity".Come and decompress in a leisure country setting.This house is situated on a NO through traffic private lane. Ample parking.Run,bike, walk and explore.Ride the Northern Central Railway Steam locomotive along the trail, can be seen passing the house! Close proximity to Kayak and tubing rentals. York College is a short distance away. Centrally located to York, Gettysburg, Hershey and Lancaster. The York Heritage Trail is 27 miles Established in 1992 and covering 176 acres, the Heritage Rail Trail is 27 miles long and winds from the Mason-Dixon Line through Glen Rock, Hanover Junction and Seven Valleys before reaching the Colonial Courthouse in the City of York. After a quick ride through the city, the trail continues north to its end in John C. Rudy park. A short 3 mile drive to Perrydell Farms for ice cream and essentials. Take a bike ride to the picturesque town of New Freedom. Enjoy breakfast/lunch directly on the Heritage Rail Trail at The New Freedom Rail Trail Cafe, this building is an old train station. You can bike right up to the door. Farm to table style and healthy food options. Visit New Freedom and enjoy a ride on the Northern Central Railway locomotives. There's also a separate room that has laptop/reading space for a more private setting to work or read. We offer contactless and keyless check in with code. Parking to the right of the porch(4 parking spots) and one directly in front of porch. Please feel free to reach out as needed either through Airbnb or call/text. We have a spectacular rail trail that has easy access directly in front of our property. It is beautiful in all seasons. Brings your bicycles and explore. The historic Howard Tunnel is within walking distance. The Codorus River runs along side the trail that offers tubing and rafting during the summer. We live on a private lane. 5 parking spots available, 4 next to the house and 1 directly in front of our porch. Our home runs on well water and a septic system. Use only provided toilet paper. Only flush provided toilet paper down toilet anything else needs to be placed in trash receptacle. You may encounter wildlife during your stay. We feed the deer in our side yard. **Do not unplug or tamper with security cameras-doing so will result in immediate eviction with no refund. One on exterior front door and second one also outdoors on full side yard (deer camera). No cameras located inside!! No animals permitted.Bringing a pet/animal of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Snow shovel and ice melt are provided for you to use to clear snow/ice in the winter months. **🚭NO SMOKING or VAPING in house doing so will result in a $500.00 charge, immediate eviction with no refund** **No parties or events- doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
