The backyard oasis includes a shady patio with ceiling fan, Pebble Tec playpool, pool floats, loungers, umbrella, paver patio with propane fire pit featuring lava and glass rocks, and a gas grill. The home is directly across from a small community park which features a playground with swings, basketball court, and lots of grass. It’s located near the Interstate 10 and Highway 101 giving you easy access to all of greater Phoenix. It’s 4.2 mls to the Camelback Ranch Ballpark, 6.7 mls to the University of Phoenix Cardinal’s Stadium/Westgate Entertainment District/Gila River Arena/Tanger Outlets, 7.9 mls to the Goodyear Ballpark, 9.6 mls to the Phoenix International Raceway (Nascar), 22.2 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and close to golfing, shopping, restaurants, and lots more! Office/Guest bedroom 3: Contemporary style futon to full sized bed, desk, and ceiling fan. Hall bath: Granite counter, tub/shower.
