The Loop River Lodge B Sleeps 8

Beautiful new modern home with large wrap around deck over looking the river. Sleeps 8 comfortably, can sleep extra with air mattress's. Each guest after 8 is $20 per person per night. Up to 4 more persons. Property features: Gas grill, kayaks, fire pit, fishing and swimming. Large laundry room. Lodge B includes an open living space with two, plush sleeper sofas. The 60" flat screen TV that is situated above the gas burning fireplace is perfect for watching the game or having a movie night. The open kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances to make sure that you are afforded all the conveniences of home without sacrificing luxury. The family style dining allows for seating up to 10 plus more at the adjoining bar. Depending on your style or occasion you can create a relaxed dining experience during your stay or a formal one. The king size bedrooms sit just down the hall with adjoining luxury bathrooms worth retreating in. The outdoor spaces included in Lodge B are plentiful and include the wrap-around balcony which overlooks the lush lawn and river front. The balcony is the place to be whether you are the type that likes to enjoy a cup of coffee and the sunrise or the lightning bugs and a nightcap. Don't forget the cool, flowing Guadalupe river within steps from the balcony door. You have private access entry. Keyed lock. Lockbox River access and fire pit are community property with another cabin on the property. If it’s rented at same time. You have access to outdoor settings areas. On big deck, underneath house, bed swing, picnic tables ect. There is also I fire pit closer up by the house. 2 kayaks and 2 cruiser bikes available Available by text or call.
