Home to some of the most esteemed vineyards and restaurants. If nature is your thing there are seven Conservation areas and 8 cycling trails nearby. The suite offers wifi, air conditioning, kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed and living space with pull-out couch and private bathroom. Separate, one-bedroom apartment in brightly, newly renovated basement. Open concept with separate bedroom and bathroom. Full access to basement suite, driveway for parking and backyard (shared). Entry to the suite accessible via separate entrance in the backyard. We live upstairs with our two dogs. We both work from home and enjoy spending our spare time in our backyard or exploring the region. We are available to answer any of your questions but will respect your space. Free parking is available on our driveway and access to the suite is via the backyard. The backyard is a shared space but you are welcome to use the bbq and patio during your stay at any time. Close to the QEW. Ten minute walk to Magnotta Winery and 20 minute walk to Legends Estates by Lake Ontario. Downtown Beamsville offers many unique dining experiences or you can drive the Wine Route (Hwy 81) and visit the 50+ wineries in the area or check out the numerous fruit stands. Fifteen minute drive to Ball's Falls. Three beaches all within a 20 minute drive. The Niagara Outlet Mall & Niagara Falls is a 20 minute drive. Niagara-on-the-Lake a mere 30 minutes away. Downtown Beamsville within walking distance. Close to many parks, grocery store, beer store, liquor store and wineries. Public transit is limited although there is a GO bus that is a 15 minute walk from the house. Multiple bike trails and walking trails in the area.
