Tiny Home with Spectacular Teton View
This is a custom tiny home (constructed by our neighbors) located on our 5 acre hobby farm. The home has a full kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, toaster & small essentials. The backyard provides a full Teton view that you can enjoy from your own private patio and yard that is partially fenced. Take in the sunset views in front of the outdoor fire pit. We are located mid-way between W. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park; appx. 40 mi. to downtown Jackson. DRY in WINTER Your Tiny Home has its own backyard area with a table and chairs seated under a pergola. Parking is shared in our driveway, you will have to open/close the red gate upon entering/exiting. The home runs 100% on solar energy! Families with small children are welcome to book the space, but please reach out first to discuss. Otherwise, we do have a limit of 2 people. Guests have access to their own private tiny home and seating/patio space. In the winter, water is available steps away next door in a private bathroom. Our family lives in the main house on the property. We may or may not be around, but if we are - feel free to say hello! Our animals are very enthusiastic greeters; if Roswell (dog) or any of the cats are around they will definitely give you a warm welcome! We are located in a rural neighborhood, surrounded by farms and fields. Please drive slowly so as to maintain the surface of our packed dirt roads and keep kids/critters safe! There is a red gate at the entrance to our property. Please respect all neighbors and surrounding private property. Please park on the gravel in front of the guest sign, adjacent to our garage and driveway. Please DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. If you arrive at night, please expect it to be very dark. You will most likely need to open/shut the gate, as we try to keep it closed to protect our animals and kids. The bed is located in an upstairs loft accessed via a ladder (see photos). Please be prepared to climb up to bed at night! Note that a tiny home stay is very unique and may be a bit rustic compared to regular homes. The home runs off of solar power; be sure to turn off lights if you are not using them and definitely don’t leave the porch light on overnight! If there happens to be a lot of cloud cover, electricity generation will be limited. This is a non-smoking property. If you arrive during night time hours, expect it to be very dark. We live in a rural community, houses are set back off the roads and we strive to maintain a dark sky community without light pollution (we don’t use porch lights ). If you plan to arrive at night, it would be wise to bring a flashlight! Please note that we will not give refunds due to weather, driving conditions or for any reason outside of the listed cancellation policy. As we are a somewhat remote, small, and unique property any cancellation can really affect our business; we adhere to this policy strictly. Please keep all outside gear - outside!
