MAKE SURE THIS LISTING IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU :) *** * All bedrooms have new HD LCD Smart TVs in them now * Beautifully renovated beachwalk home, less than a 2 minute walk to your feet are in the sand! Sleeps 9, on all brand new furniture and mattresses. *full week stays required in prime season (Mid May- September) * plenty of on and off street parking. Boats welcome * Back deck with plenty of seating in Polywood chairs and loungers! * Charcoal Webber grill provided As most all homes on Edisto, this is a SELF- Catered home. You will need to bring items of use WITH YOU. TP, Paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergents...ETC! *The house is NOT bare, however we cannot guarantee all items each time, and starter amounts do NOT last for the duration of your stay. So come prepared please! There is a store just 5 mins down the road for supplies if you like). Linens for beds are not provided (Comforters and pillows are provided, as pictured), but you will need to bring sheets and pillowcases for the beds your will be using, or you can rent them from one of the linen rental services on the Island. They deliver and pick up. PETS- Small, non shedding breeds MAY be approved. You must email the Breed/Weight/Age of your pet for approval BEFORE reserving. If approved, a $150 (plus tax) per pet fee will apply. Any pets MUST be current on flea and tick prevention, properly monitored and contained, and are STRICTLY not allowed on any of our beds or furniture. ** Please note, Off Season Pricing that is on this site is for occupancy of 2 guests. There will be an additional guest fee of $15 per night per guest over the amount of 2. This allows us to be inclusive to all size groups in the off-season, thank you for understanding of this. When you request to stay, I will have to ADD in the extra guest fee to your total. *** OFF SEASON is... January, February, March, April, Part of May, Part of August, Sept, October, November, December This applies ONLY in the Off SEASON ^ Rental Rules and Regulations - 1. Check in time is after 5pm EST and Check out is 11am EST. Early check in's or late check out's must be approved in advance and there is a fee of $15 per hour for that privilege. 2. This is a NON SMOKING HOME. 3. No UNAPPROVED Pets Allowed. If evidence of a pet is found during your departure cleaning, you will be charged, and will no longer be approved for renting. If an unapproved pet is found there during your stay, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. 4. Noise ordinance in effect at 10pm per Edisto Beach Police Dept. 5. No open fires at all per Edisto Beach Police Dept. 6. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 , unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. (EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR HONEYMOONERS) 7. Damage/ Reservation deposit- a damage/ reservation deposit of $250 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security damage deposit upon arrival.The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within thirty(30) days of departure, provided the above and following provisions are met and meet owners approval. *** If the home is found to be under abuse during your stay. Any house parties, animals that weren't permitted, rented under false pretenses, or causing a nuisance to neighbors or the town in general, owner holds all rights to force the premises vacant immediately without owing you any money in refund*** -No items should be taken from the home inventory -All debris, rubbish, and discards should be placed in dumpster. Any overflow trash must be taken away from the property (there is a recycling center on Hwy 174) - DO NOT leave any trash outside of trash bins. (Wildlife will destroy) -All soiled dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and cleaned. - All keys should be placed back in their lockbox and home secured before your departure. - Do NOT move any large furniture items, and if you do move a small piece of furniture or any lawn furniture, you are required to place it back in it's original place before departing. - If you wash any of our linens, please wash them only with like colors. To prevent dying them. - Guests provide their own sheets sets for beds they will be using. (or rent them) - Guests provide their own toiletries and paper products, etc - appx 8 bath towels and washcloths are provided for use in the home, you must wash/dry and return them as found before you depart. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE THESE. IF Laundering them will create a stressful situation for you, please bring your own... or rent some from one of the companies - If the grill is a charcoal grill; do NOT use it on or move it on to any deck or porch! CHECKOUT TO DO LIST: 1. Remake all beds with bedspreads. 2. Surface wipe all kitchen and bathroom countertops 3. sweep up any excess sand on the floors, and remove any excess sand from showers 4. Clean all used dishes 5. If you have moved any furniture at all, please place it back where it belongs. 6. Remove ALL trash from the bedrooms/bathrooms and kitchen and place in outside garbage can. 7. Remove all perishables from the refrigerator. 8. Did you use any of our towels etc? If so, please wash and leave them as they were found for the next guests. You will be charged $5 per piece if not replaced as found. 9. Did you use the grill? If so, please make sure it is left clean for the next guests. 10. Winter - thermostat, place at heat 60 degrees Summer- thermostat , place AC at 70 degrees 11.
