"Parks Place II" is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath on relaxing, quiet, private Emerald Lake. Emerald Lake is 1 of 4 on the Chain of Lakes with direct access to Sylvan Lake. Our lakes are beautiful, with clear, clean water to swim, fish, kayak, or take a pontoon ride. The cottage is stocked with almost everything you need to sit back and enjoy your vacation. With a spacious yard facing the lake, you can play games, sunbath, fish off the dock, or watch the sunrise. Later, enjoy smores' around the fire. Walk outside and sit on the large deck and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning. High Speed WiFi BBQ Grill 4 Kayaks **Pontoon available for a daily fee, directly payable to owner** Parking is in front of the garage and directly in front of the cottage, with a 3 car maximum. Emerald / Sylvan Lakes connect so it's a either a 2 mile walk / bike ride around Emerald or a 5.5 mile walk / bike ride around both. If you enjoy hiking or fat tire biking, we are minutes away from the North Country Trail, and approximately 10 minutes from the new Michigan's Dragon Trail on Hardy Pond which has 24+ miles completed of the 47 mile hiking/biking trail around Hardy Pond. Our home is just a few doors down, so we generally just minutes away. We're located on a private road surrounding 2 lakes which is great for walking or bicycling. The city of Newaygo is minutes away with plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, gas stations and tubing rental companies if you want to take a trip down the Muskegon River. If you're an avid hiker you can easily access the Wetland Trail by foot, and North Country Trail is just minutes away by car. If you love hiking and mountain biking, the new Dragon Trail is being constructed with a Trail-head just 20 minutes away. Love fishing? Muskegon River is 10 minutes away, with several launches to choose from. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 - dogs under 75#. No puppies please. Things to bring: * Toiletries - Shower gel is provided, but please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Liquid hand soap is provided. * Paper plates if you don't want to do dishes daily * Beach Towels. (There are a few on premises) * Fishing poles * This is a seasonal home so there is no heat (electric heaters only, and no A/C, fans provided)
