It boasts large windows facing the calm river and gardens. This in-town location is just a 5 minute walk to all this historic town has to offer. Award winning restaurants, shops and historic landmarks abound. Many festivals and events thru-out the year. Short walk to Phillips Exeter Academy and it's grounds and nature trails. Take a drive to the 19 miles of coastline with beaches and rocky shores. 15 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth for theater, arts, outlets and dining! Guests have access to the large common lawn and the private deck. Comfortable table and chairs on the deck are perfect for morning coffee and bird watching. Fishing equipment and kayak available upon request. Beach towels and chairs and cooler also available! Long time seacoast resident, the host is available for information and assistance to help make your stay the best it can be! PEA and Downtown! Traffic moves slowly thru the town. Watch for one-ways and pedestrian crossings! Parking is available at The Birds Nest for one car and the train station is just a mile away should you decide to travel by rail.
