Historic home on beautiful park has bedroom/private bath available. Step back in time with Interior brick, chestnut architectural woodwork, 2 fireplaces, 2 staircases, and high ceilings. Half mile to downtown - movie theatre, several restaurants and two Irish pubs. 1 mile walk to train. Washer/dryer available. No smoking, children, or pets. All utilities and cable included. Looking for respectful and clean tenant. One month minimum; longer preferred. $1500/month. I have been here 30 years and had the pleasure of meeting several awesome tenants. Mutual respect is my goal. The home is from 1860 with amazing Victorian character. The bedroom is in the quiet location at back of house, near back staircase. We assume you'll use the kitchen which is very large. Our last tenant was here 3 years which should give you an illustration of how well this arrangement works. Most tenants stay for very long periods. My husband and I are quite pleasant (if I say so myself) and have not had any bad experiences. My secret sauce is selecting great housemates :) Parking is on the driveway which has an easement shared with 2 more houses above us. Please look both ways when pulling in or out. House is right on Goffle Brook Park where you can get your 5000 steps every day :) Half mile to Irish pubs, movie theatre, restaurants, post office, etc. My husband is musician who gives vocal, guitar and piano lessons. If you love music, you'll be happy. Hate music? Not so happy. Music will never go beyond 10pm.
