This gorgeous getaway just steps from the river is comprised of two houses, each with its own unique style and open layout. With full kitchens and plenty of seating for all this beautiful riverfront property can host up to 26 guests. Splash around in the pool, do some grilling out on the private gas BBQ, or settle inside and get cozy. Guests of this home will also enjoy a wide array of amenities including a fun-filled Game Room with Ping-Pong, Foosball, Kayaks, a horseshoe pit, and private river access with your own dock. You’re sure to make many memories here! The Lower Home is comprised of three bedrooms and two baths, sleeping six comfortably. The Upper Home is comprised of five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, sleeping 20 comfortably. Four of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Also included is 2 cribs and 2 high chairs. Both homes offer a spacious kitchen and living area. Find yourself within a mile of several great local shops, restaurants, and activities! Enjoy a number of flavors at Bridget's Basket, just a little over a mile away! Whether you are sightseeing in town or enjoying a day by the pool at home, or paddling in the river, you are bound to find fun here for your entire group! Use at your own risk The ladder accessing the tree platform at the river is to be used at your own risk Parking notes: Upper House has parking for 4 vehicles, Lower House has parking for 3 vehicles and a circular driveway, garage will not be accessible to the guests. Extra Parking for additional vehicles is located to left once you enter gate. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
