This rustic, Adirondack-style home is full of charms and quirks. Families and friends have been returning here, time after time, just to enjoy the magic that is 'Camp'. Nowhere on the Lake will you find such a setting as ours along with the casual freedom to enjoy the beauty of the Champlain region. The property sits in the middle of 5 acres of land, so the nearest neighbor feels just far enough away, and you can enjoy the peace and rustic charm of Camp, comfortably ensconced in your own room. The entire home and grounds are at your disposal. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. The latter two rooms have large windows that look out over the Lake. There are two showers (one inside and one out) and two half-bathrooms (one downstairs, one on the second floor). There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and one in a separate building: Camp can sleep 14 comfortably. From the property, you can enjoy the excellent back road riding on Grand Isle. There are also a dock, raft, and volleyball court onsite. Nearby, a local winery hosts concerts and tasting evenings, the Sunset Drive-In is only a short drive away in nearby Colchester, and our west-facing shoreline provides some of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see. Convenient to Burlington (30 min) and Montreal (90 min), though once you arrive, you may not want to leave.
