Entire 550sqft top floor apartment in a two-story, 1920's built home. ***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a tenant who lives in the DOWNSTAIRS apartment. This apartment is UPSTAIRS, and is totally private with its own private entrance. You may see other people outside. Noise has never been an issue. The entire apartment is yours to use. There is also a large 0.3 acre yard which you are welcome to enjoy if you'd like. I live on the property in a separate building. I'm available and am happy to help. I've operated small hotels throughout New York, Massachusetts, and Greece, and am looking forward to welcoming you as a guest into my humble home. I respect privacy and if you prioritize yours, you will not know that I am here. The home is located on a quiet block in the Village of Ellenville. After a year-long search, I chose to move to Ellenville for its proximity to local attractions (hiking, biking, restaurants, farms, views) and distinct village charm. Coupling the beauty of the Catskills mountains with a walking village where coffee, bagels, and seriously good restaurants are right nearby is magical. I am quickly becoming Ellenville's biggest fan and look forward to sharing this cute village and its surrounding area with you. As a small bonus to village living, we have a fantastic park nearby with hiking trails, tennis courts, and basketball hoops -- bring your gear! There is a public bus but you will really want to drive here. The country roads are part of the charm. We ask that a maximum of 2 pets be brought along for the journey. Please alert us in advance if you will be traveling with pets. A pet fee will be charged during booking for travelers with pets.
