Beautiful sunlit space in 'in-law' suite in a 200-year-old farm house. Property abuts Casalis State Park and Conservation Land ... bike paths, hiking and cross country skiing. Enjoy the charming town of Peterborough with an amazing book store, coffee shops, restaurants and much much more. Guests at Meadow View enjoy a large private suite with windows looking out into a beautiful meadow. King size bed and walk in closet. Clawfoot bathtub and mini kitchen. Newly arrived high speed internet! The suite is heated by a pellet stove and radiator heat. Comfortable and cozy as you sip coffee and enjoy the quiet. The bathroom has a claw foot tub and shower. Kitchen has a small electric stove top, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge and pots and pans to cook. Salt, pepper, olive oil and coffee are provided. Private entrance through the covered garage. Your hosts are a painter and stone carver and the suite is brimming with art. Miles of trails behind the house- 3 state parks within 5 min radius. In the summer outdoor table and seats to enjoy the gorgeous pollinator gardens and bird song. We will give our guests space but happy to answer questions and address any concerns. We live in the house adjoining and will be a text or phone call away! The suite comes with a list of local restaurants and things to do. Contactless check-in is possible by request OR our availability. 5 minute drive to downtown Peterborough. 35 min drive to Keene, 1.5 hours to Boston. No public transportation near by but there is an Enterprise rental car unit close by. We are about an hour from the Boston Airport. Private parking in front of house. Rural location, but 5-minute drive from downtown Peterborough. Cute pub, restaurants, Thai Food, chocolate shop, amazing Toadstool Book Store with cafe and fresh bagels down the road. Rural with convenience! Property backs into 228-acre state park and is a short drive to many other gorgeous hikes including Mount Monadnock. No TV. But we recently were able to upgrade our wifi so there is now highspeed internet!
