Guest maybe allowed to have limited number of visitors at a time but NO parties and overnight stay allowed for visitors. This is a three-bedroom suite and only one guest can book on behalf of the rest of the guests. The cleaning charge covers only the first and the last weeks of the monthly rent. Host will be available to offer additional weekly cleaning help at a reasonable rate throughout the guest stay.
