This listing is for booking both the Yellow & Blue Rooms here at Heart and Soul Airbnb, which is perfect for two couples and/or two guests wishing to have separate bedrooms. There is a private entrance into the house directing you straight to your rooms with a shared bathroom for guests all located on the second floor. Various porches outside make for additional seating areas and free on-site parking and wifi. This is a fun space for creatives & artists and for those wishing to have a quiet get away trip to lovely Vermont. Each guest room has its own antique bed, desk & seating areas. Two porches and side yard with perennial gardens and seating areas make for an inviting space to enjoy your beverages and meals. The Blue Room has a view of Falls Mountain. The Yellow Room window faces North enabling you to catch the stars at night. Quiet and welcoming. We are pet friendly ($50 pet cleaning fee), 420 friendly and welcome all to our victorian 1865 farmhouse. Due to Covid, at this time Guests will not have access to the living rooms, parlors, dining room or kitchen that is located on the first floor. Access to the creative workshops and boutiques is available when they are open for business and by appointment. There is a room I offer offer guests if they need to work or have an office area to spread out some. This is also located upstairs. Thank you for understanding. We are an easy going bunch here, producing and selling our apothecary products and hosting creative art and fun apothecary workshops. When we are not working, we welcome conversations with our guests, but happy to leave you alone if you should so desire. We are available to assist guests 9am-8pm. Easy walking distance to village shops & restaurants in a quiet unpretentious neighborhood. We are located on Route 5 also known as Atkinson Street and is between the exits 5 and 6 off of Interstate I-91 making it easy to get to Vermont County Store, Skiing slopes, Brattleboro, Chester, Walpole and other interesting towns nearby for exploring. We are also close ti many covered bridges that VT is famous for. Worth checking out for sure. We are also a quick hop to Route 12 in visiting New Hampshire and traveling from Boston quickly. There is a daily train from Penn Station in NYC to Bellows Falls and arrives here around 5:30pm. Most people use a car to get around, but the village is just four easy walking blocks away with many amenities. Feel free to park in the driveway and there is free street parking (except during winter months) in front of our homestead. We use the side door down the driveway as our main entrance during the winter months while Guests use the front door.
