Charming loft bed & bath

A quick access stay. Head right in to the side door from the driveway to the foyer. A private shower bathroom is accessed at the foyer level. Head upstairs to the large, loft bedroom. It has spacious feel. Take a coffee out side on the deck overlooking the back yard. Take a jog around the quiet, family neighborhood. The space is accessible through the door to the mud room, off the garage. The shower bathroom is straight ahead. Upstairs is a queen bed in an airy over-garage bedroom. We are pet friendly with a $30 per stay extra cleaning fee. We ask that you not leave your dog(s) home alone since we have had problems with them barking & disturbing guest next door. We ask you leave locked the glass french doors in the mud room, which connects to the living room in the house. It is locked from both sides. Please do not go into the garage, it is filled with owners stuff. You may use the balcony & front yard. We will give you access to the loft code the day before or day of arrival. Additionally, the outside garden house is not for guest use. Please park your car on the right side of the driveway, since house guests will use the left side. We are available via phone & text during your stay. The Amtrak station is about 5 blocks away on Railroad Ave. The local buses are GMT -Green Mountain Transit & their Chittenden county schedules can be found (Website hidden by Airbnb) Please take your shoes off in the mud room. If you need any other amenities during your stay, feel free at ask. Dogs are allowed but an additional cleaning fee is assessed for hair/fur @ $30 per stay. Please do not leave your pet home alone, since we have had problems with unattended pets barking & disturbing the neighboring guest.
