Spacious 1 bedroom apt in great location

This is a gorgeous first floor apartment in a fully renovated 100+ year old colonial house. The apartment is completely self contained with it's own entrance, a dedicated parking spot, and a patio. The train station, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are all a short walk away, less than 5 minutes. It's perfect for couples and business travelers. My wife and I live nearby in Pleasantville if you need any help or have questions. This apartment is very clean, with hardwood floors throughout, and has everything you need. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a TV and nice furniture including a dresser, wardrobe, chair and desk. The bathroom includes a combination tub/shower and double vanity. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area includes a full range of appliances, a small dining table, and a large sectional for reclining and relaxing. The apartment is heated/cooled by two mini-split units, so it is completely self-contained and COVID safe and you can adjust the temperature in the bedroom and the open area to your comfort. The bathroom floor is toasty warm on cold days thanks to the in-floor heating, and you never have to worry about running out of hot water as the apartment has a dedicated tankless hot water heater. Guests have full access to the patio just outside the apartment, as well as a dedicated parking space in the driveway. I work in Pleasantville and am available should you need me. I am happy to provide you with recommendations on what to do during your stay and answer any questions you may have. The apartment is a block away from downtown Pleasantville, where you will find restaurants, bars, grocery stores, delis, coffee shops and the famous Jacob Burns theatre. The apartment is 2 blocks from the Pleasantville Metro North train station and from buses. If you have a car you can park it in our large driveway and the entrance to the apartment is just a few steps up from the driveway. No long term rental. 30 days max (possibly 60 in exceptional circumstances). Number of guests must be accurate. No pets. No exceptions. Check in is anytime after 3:00PM. Exceptions are sometimes possible by request. Please provide ETA the day before or morning of your arrival. Even though we have self check in, your ETA is essential for planning cleaning and maintenance. No outdoor shoes are allowed past the entrance area.
