Simple living in Suffield

Our Sunflower room is a cozy room on the first floor. Room includes mini fridge, microwave, Keurig & TV. Hand sanitizer, paper towels & spray disinfectant available in kitchen and bathrooms. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room with wood stove, dining room, washer & dryer full & half bath, cable, wifi, treadmill, piano, decks & gardens. Farming town, with local beach, hiking trails & rail trail, ideal for walking skating & biking. Easy commute to Springfield, Hartford & Westfield. Cozy room in simple house. Near lakes, hiking trails and rail trail. All spaces are shared except bedrooms. Texting works best during the day on weekdays. I'm available for a quick conversation when doing online work in the evenings and on Sundays. Please interrupt me if I'm cooking cleaning or doing yard work, I'd much rather talk to you! West Suffield is both a Lake community and a Farming community. We are 1/4 mile away from the Congamond lakes and surrounded by farms. The rail trail is popular with pedestrians and cyclists, and there are several hiking trails in the area as well. Farm tractors are common on the local roads. Corn, squash and tobacco grow along side the road, and self serve farm stands are common. We do not have public transportation. Most folks choose to get around by automobile. Uber and Lyft are responsive. Leave dishes in the kitchen before 9PM and they will be clean by 7 AM. Leave sheets and towels in the outside your room and they will be washed and returned within 24 hours. Bottled water is available in the dining room. Please let me know if your personal care items need restocking. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM. Please use headphones during these hours.
