Kings Hill Ranch Off Grid Tiny House

Secluded Off Grid tiny home on a 300-acre ranch nestled deep in the forest. This unique property has an organic 30-acre walnut orchard, thriving off rainfall and an aquifer. We implement multi species grazing and have an array of animals that free range the property during the day including goats, sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, alpacas, dogs & cats. You have the choice to tour the farm or you can choose to have complete seclusion and privacy. The house itself is TINY! It is 80 square feet, but with the side wall opening up to the deck, it feels spacious. The outhouse is about 20 feet from the house and the sink & outdoor shower/tub is about 200 feet from the house. We have a solar light inside the tiny house with a remote control. There are 2 USB ports located at the bathtub ran off our solar system. The side wall of tiny house can be opened and closed with our hand crank pulley system. We offer a camp stove, all cooking & eating utensils, coffee press, tea kettle, cutting board, chef knife, & paper towels. We are currently not offering cooking oils or salt and pepper. We also no longer provide propane for the camp stove. Please being your own small bottles of camp propane. There is a 2 mile stretch of dirt road leading to the tiny house. There are a few dips, bumps and rocks but any vehicle can technically make it up. If you are able to use a higher clearance vehicle it will make the drive easier. 4WD is not necessary unless the roads are muddy from rain. We are in between the towns of Colfax and Foresthill We are 20 minutes from mineral bar campground along the north fork American river. A short hike on pennyweight trail will lead you up river to beautiful large boulders and large pools of water to swim in. There are also many river rafting companies that charter trips along the middle fork of the American River. Sugar pine reservoir is also only a 20 minute drive from the ranch. There are campgrounds and dirt bike trails located there.
