A comfortable king bedroom with a en-suite claw foot tub bathroom is the perfect getaway location. A great combination of cottage chic and vintage furnishings that give this getaway spot a comfortable and cozy feel. Rented midweek to those only needing a one bedroom / one bathroom (choose your favorite if you prefer a queen bed or the double twin sleeping nook and leave the others vacant;-) you can easily plan to ‘work from home’ with strong WiFi, cook some great meals in our renovated kitchen or simple dine out at the fantastic restaurants in town or nearby Catskill, Athens, and Hudson. Centrally located to everything the Hudson Valley and Catskills have to offer. The rental is private to you only as is the yard. Under the rental terms you are only to use one bedroom and one bathroom, leaving the others vacant/unused. I’m available as you need but give you total privacy. You are provided my number to text should you need it or have any questions on the space Close to wonderful towns and historic districts filled with brownstones along the Hudson River on Coxsackie’s Reed Street. Athens, Catskill and Hudson are 10-20 minutes ... biking hiking kayaking sightseeing skiing ... all regular activities in an easy drive. Bring a car to really enjoy everything there is to do. Code lock easy checkin; excellent WiFi enables remote work option; pets allowed with fee;-) $75 per pet please inquire … Pets fee is $75 which supports the work I do uniting stray and abandoned Satos with loving adoptives homes here in NY MA CT. You can find us @poochesoutofpr We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy.
