Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home. Each bedroom has its own sliding door that faces the lake. There is a fire pit with chairs lakefront. (FYI..during times of extreme fire danger the department of forestry limits the use of the fire pit. During these times there is a propane pit available for s’mores). There is also a propane patio heater available for use. You must supply the propane for these items but you are welcome to use. RV hookup (power and water only) available for additional $40/night that can currently accommodate up to a 34ft RV. Pets allowed with fee. There is a medium dog kennel and food/water bowl in master available for use. Please keep pets off furniture and beds as future guests may be allergic. Comforter and pillows provided. Please provide your own sheets and towels. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low. There is unlimited WiFi, a WiFi printer, built in USB plug ins, Apple Watch charger, wireless phone charger, Keurig (please use distilled water only) and a smart TV. House water is supplied from lake through filtering system. It has been tested and is safe for use however it has a high iron content that gives it a slight metallic smell/taste so we recommend bringing your own bottled water for cooking/drinking. Please use distilled water in Keurig. Plenty of gravel parking for SXSs and ATVs. Please note: There is a security camera that covers the front yard and driveway entrance on this property for security purposes.
