Gamers Paradise Apt

Set deep in the suburbs, our beautiful, newly finished basement apartment provides a luxurious space for traveling guests and families. We are located perfectly between Atlanta and Athens for a night out in Atlanta or attending a UGA game in Athens. This private apartment provides a remote entrance, a large bedroom with a queen bed, a grand kitchenette, a spacious living room, and a small office space with Wifi! Our paradise suite is your best stay for work or play! The Gamers Paradise mother-in-law suite is your home away from home! The secluded, private entrance provides a welcoming appeal with an outdoor sitting area. Our apartment is full of entertainment and is complete with Wifi, a projector, Xbox One, surround sound, arcade systems, record player, and family style games for your use! Our large reclining sectional offers a comfortable space to relax and enjoy movies or gaming. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, toaster oven, one eye burner, Keurig, snacks, and coffee! The kitchen has also been recently stocked with dishes, cookware, mixing bowls, and utensils. The bedroom has drawers, and the most comfortable bed around. Also the bedroom television has an Amazon fire stick for your use. The bathroom is simply amazing, complete with a huge brand new, walk in stone/tile shower. Towels and wash cloths are provided. We have a washer and dryer upstairs in our living space that may be used for a small fee. Cleanliness is our PROMISE to our guests! We hold CLEAN to the highest standard. We have a professional cleaning agency to service and maintain the apartment. We live on the upstairs floor and will be available for questions or emergencies. The basement apartment is completely separate from our living space and you will not be disturbed by us. We will share a driveway, but a side gate in our privacy fence allows you your own private entrance into the home where you may come and go as you please. We live approximately 5 miles from downtown Loganville. A short 35 minute drive will take you to either Athens or Atlanta. We have many local restaurants and shopping; Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber eats all provide great options for meals to be delivered right to your door!
