WiFi access available. Close to everything in Stockton! Lake is only 2 miles away. If you need to park a boat I own the lot right next to the cottage (to the north). Plenty of room for boat, boat trailer or extra vehicle. There are Ring Cameras on the outside of the house. Guests have access to the entire home and carport. For guests with boats they can park in my lot to the north of the house right next to it. I am available via email through Airbnb or phone if an emergency. Close to Stockton lake and The Venue by The Cabins at Stockton Lake.
