We are located just minutes from the town of Creston and the US border. Explore the Kootenay’s from this great location and spend the night in our gorgeous and comfortable suite! Newly renovated and professionally decorated, this self catering suite offers a luxurious home away from home feeling. Containing a simple kitchenette with everything you need, private washroom, queen size bed, flat screen tv and sitting area as well as private entrances. This is suite 3 of 3 in a row. It is an end suite, each of our suites has a private main entrance as well as a sliding glass door that gives access to your own private balcony and bistro set. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with a view of the Skimmerhorn Mountain in the distance, watch the horses graze on the hillside or watch birds and deer in the ravine. At approximately 350 square feet, each suite is newly renovated and has all new appliances, utensils, bedding and bathroom linens! Your suite is equipped with a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kitchen sink and all the cooking utensils you may need to create your own meals during your stay. Wifi is available and a 40" Roku TV, a comfortable queen size bed and cozy furnishings give this suite a cozy cabin feeling that guests love. A sofa bed has recently been added to this suite! The bathroom is a private en-suite and has a stand up shower, sink and toilet and shelves for your things as well as a wardrobe for your clothes. Guests are welcome to explore the property and the trails close by. There is a small communal deck area for guests to use with seating and a BBQ. If you are here at the right time of year, there are several fruit trees in our yard, including plums and apples. Please pick as many apples as you wish as they are abundant! This suite is pet friendly. We adhere to a very strict cleaning policy, but if you have pet allergies, you may want to consider one of our other suites. A pet cleaning fee of $25 per stay will be requested from people with pets only. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Guests have access to their private suite and balcony area as well as communal access to the yard, parts of the property and deck area. We are available on site or by phone during your stay. We offer complete privacy but are readily available if there are any questions. We are located a couple minutes from the golf course, the US border and the town of Creston and Kootenay Lake is just a short drive away. Blessed with some of the curviest roads, this area is a motorcyclists dream. If you are into hiking, the trails and areas to explore start right outside your door! Cyclists are able to ride the area, as the pavement starts at our driveway... whatever outdoor activity you enjoy, it is easily accessible from our ideal location. Oh... and there are wineries.. A vehicle is recommended. We live on an acreage and have dogs and horses and live in a quiet rural setting. There is on site parking provided. The house and suites are on a water well. We live in the country and there is wildlife around. Please be aware when you are hiking in the area. We live on site and are available to guests but also offer complete privacy. Our suites are separate from our main house, but attached with a deck. Access to your suite is separate from the main building. We are able to provide simple grocery items or local wine in your room, please contact us for details and prices. Each of our suites have reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink for coffee and drinking water. This suite is pet friendly.
