Parties NOT allowed. No Smoking. Dogs under 75lbs and cats with approval and $125 fee per stay. This two story brick home was built in 1949 and has been thoughtfully updated. All beds have new memory foam mattresses. Outside, enjoy a spacious patio with seating for 8, a fire pit, and a dock all set in 1.5 acres of beautiful Virginia landscape. Enjoy total peace and quiet with the convenience of grocery stores, pharmacies, shops and restaurants just ten minutes away. Amazing local seafood and produce is available on just about every corner. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Our neighbor shares the dock and may have a boat parked there. You will have access to the whole dock and can park a boat on the side with the lift. Please be courteous to our neighbors. We're available by text, phone, and email at all times during your stay. The house is very close to The Tides Inn and the Golden Eagle Golf Club. The new Compass Entertainment Complex, including movies, go-carts, putt putt, and so much more, is five minutes away. Ten minutes to the lovely towns of Irvington, Kilmarnock, and White Stone, with antique shops, farmer's markets and great restaurants. On weekends at trolley runs a loop between all three. Multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and a hospital within ten minute drive. There are several wineries in the area, including Goodluck Cellars in Kilmarnock. The house has a two kayaks, two Stand Up Paddle boards, a large canoe, a paddle boat, and games/sports equipment waiting for you in the garage. The Living Room has a 50" television equiped with Roku. The upstairs tv also has Roku. Log in to your Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, etc. and watch all your favorite content.
