Come and stay as you Travel for Work or Leisure. Two a-joining bedrooms provide comfortable linen on queen and full beds. Relax on the upper deck or in the living room with antique chase and leather couch, Wi fi and smart TV. You'll likely spot a Hodag. The kitchen provides utensils for you to cook your own food or walk downtown just a few blocks to eat at a local pub or finer restaurant where you will enjoy local food. Blue charcoal grill located on lawn below is available for your use. The quiet neighborhood is comprised of primarily single family homes and will provide you a comfortable stay during your visit. On site shared laundry and parking is available. This is shared between the two units and laundry is located downstairs. This (Hidden by Airbnb) unit accesses laundry with a key via an outside door into the laundry area. Fireplace is decorative only, but it has a great ambience. Sorry no fires allowed in this old home. Second bedroom is accessed by walking through the first. They are adjoining to each other. The lace door and window to the left is between the two bedrooms. The door and window have privacy blinds. The downstairs duplex is rented on an annual basis and the base of the main stairway in the home was securely closed with a wall, sheet rock, and additional layers of insulation. No pets are allowed in this upper rental unit. Although the apartment is not toddler prepared or proofed, children are welcome. A nice park is located just across the street with a popular sledding hill in the winter and playground equipment and tennis court. Property manager, Heather and husband live in town and work in the community. The property is split into two independently functioning duplexes. Each unit has separate entrances and no internal access between units is present. The only thing shared is parking space, back yard and laundry. Upper rental goes outside, down steps and up into a door on main level to access laundry. Apt A renters access this space from inside their apt. This Air B&B rents the upper flat or 329 B. We are available via text or telephone during your stay. We live just outside of the Rhinelander city limits and work in the community. The Oneida County Courthouse is one block away from this home. The courthouse area is comprised of several blocks of historic homes built in the great logging days. Walk to our favorite coffee shop, Tilly's. Our other favorite downtown restaurants are CT's Deli; Cafe & Pub; Brown Street 151 and the Dinky Diner. Favorite pubs which also have good food are Pat's Tavern & Bucket Heads. Have ice cream at Briq's Soft Serve next to Brown Street 151. Have beers at Rhinelander Brewing Company or sip wine at Catalyst Wine. Explore our many boutique shops and art centers. Driving and parking in Rhinelander is easy to navigate. Snow season rules for street parking may apply during your stay. Local cab company is available but most of our favorite places are walking distance from the house.
