Lakeside Apartment w/Hot Tub on Lake Tapps

Lake House Suite on beautiful Lake Tapps with hot tub. Relax on the patio take in the beauty of this park like setting, the lake, bald eagles, hot air balloons & boaters on the lake. This suite is below the main residence and has its own private entry. The lake suite will comfortably sleep 4 guests. Suite Includes 1 bedroom, living room with a queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, patio w/gas grill. Wander down to the lake for a dip or sit back and enjoy the sunset. Soak in the spa. Guests will self check into their own private apartment. The lakeside apartment is below the main residence. Upon entry you will see the game room with a foosball table and a well stocked bookshelf. There is one bedroom with a comfy queen size bed and a dresser. A full size bathroom with bathtub stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath and spa towels. A living room with an amazing view of the lake, a wood burning stove, a television with cable tv and wifi, a comfy couch that turns into another queen size bed and a love seat and a dining room. A kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, Cuisinart countertop oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, hot plate, electric griddle, waffle maker, toaster, equipped like home with pots and pans, etc. (No full size oven) There are lots of board games in the game cabinet in the dining room. The sliding glass door opens out to the beautiful lake view patio- where you can grill up dinner on the gas grill and enjoy meals on the outdoor patio table and chairs. Enjoy the brand new hot tub that is professionally maintained every week by aqua quip. Now wander down to the lake- where you can use our tandem kayak or Standup paddle boards, go swimming in the lake and enjoy the water trampoline in the summer. You can pull up a chair and watch the sunset and make a fire in the fire bowl lakeside (as long as there isn’t a burn ban) s’mores kits are an available $ add on. (message for details) Life truly is better at the lake. We hope you enjoy your stay in the private waterfront suite. Enjoy the lake activities during the day and the beautiful sunsets by night. This private suite is located in the entire downstairs and it is completely separate from the upstairs. It is not uncommon to hear footsteps and muffled voices from above if the residents are home. Although we are mindful that their are guests downstairs and try to keep sounds to a minimum. Just a 45 minute drive to Seattle, or 30 minutes to Tacoma. Less than an hour away from Mount Rainier and Crystal Mountain ski resort. Guest parking is on the left side of the driveway. Follow the steps down the side of the house to your private entry to the whole bottom half of the house. You may enjoy the back yard, hot tub, bbq, paddle boards, tandem kayak, lake front area with fire pit and chairs by the water. We may or may not be around during your stay, but feel free to reach us by phone/ text if you have any needs. You may see us working in the yard or playing in the lake. There’s a kayak and standup paddle board rental business right around the corner next to Allen York Park. The best way to get around this area is by car. Please park your vehicle on the far left side of the driveway where it says guest parking. Please do not block in any cars. Thank you! Located just 57 miles from Mount Rainier National Park & 51 miles to Crystal Mountain Resort. 37 miles to downtown Seattle. Our place is a great escape after a long day of skiing at crystal mountain or hiking mount Rainer. Play in the lake or just relax in the hot tub. You may bring a boat or personal watercraft and anchor it in front of our place. Just please do not tie boats up to our dock. We have a water trampoline in the summer months. We have 2 adult size stand up paddle boards & 1 child sup, floats for playing in the lake.
