Media room with woodstove, games area, spacious kitchen for collaborative cooking, laundry room for any spills, portable fans in bedrooms for cooling**, double wrap around decks, outdoor seating, fire-pit and cozy s'mores seating. Hunter Bear Lodge is just minutes away from Hunter and Windam Ski Resorts, a multitude of hikes or many of the local breweries. *Of note, we are in the woods and cell/internet connection is good for checking (Hidden by Airbnb) ,emails - but not zoom/streaming strong. We encourage you to switch off and reconnect with nature* **This property does not have AC The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay. We are not on property but are only a text or phonecall away. We are on a dead-end road with one neighbour that are largely obscured by trees. Close to all the great skiing/swimming/foraging/hiking trails that the Northern Catskills has to offer. We recommend that you have a car to get around. Closest train is Amtrak in Hudson - about an hour away or Railways Bus stops in Tannersville.
