Summary: Very safe location - The Highlands - Front porch w/ swing - 5 min Walk to shops and restaurants - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths - 1 Driveway Parking Spot + Street Parking - Beautifully maintained house - Well stocked, full kitchen - On-site washer and dryer - 4.9 Miles to Expo Center/Airport/Churchill Downs - 4.2 Miles to Downtown and Distilleries - Less than 1 mile to Cherokee Park - No locals - No Events. Only registered guests, please The Space: With the capacity to sleep 8, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is filled with natural light. The bright living room upon entry is great for socializing and relaxing, and the adjoining dining room adds to the open floor plan. Beyond the dining room is a room that can be used as an office space and also provides a day bed. The day bed can sleep 2 guests as there is a twin mattress on top and under the bed. The 1st full bath of the house is inbetween the office space and the kitchen. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and just enough counter space for cooking. Right outside the kitchen, you'll find a back patio with a table and seating for 4. If you use the outdoor spaces past 9 pm please keep your volumes to a minimum. We don't want to disrupt our neighbors. The 2nd floor has the 3 bedrooms and the 2nd full bath. The full bath is in the hallway and is shared between all 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels). Guest Access: This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community. Please review the listing description and photos in detail and let us know if you have any questions. We are happy to help! The Neighborhood: The Highlands is situated close to 2 interstates with easy access to each. You can get anywhere in the city very quickly. Uber and Lyft are always readily available. Travel time: 10 minutes to downtown, NULU, Germantown, Bellarmine University, YUM Center, University of Louisville, St. Matthews, and Old Louisville. 15 minutes to the Airport, EXPO center, Churchill Downs, Prospect, Norton Commons, and Middletown. Getting Around: The City has a bike share program called Louvello. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the day. Other Things to Note: You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all. Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation. Interaction with Guests: This property is professionally managed by Key Source Properties. We are available to answer questions, provide recommendations, or assist with any issues. Please let us know what you need. We are here to help!
