Blue Lagoon Oasis (6 people max) NO PETS!!!

This is 2 bedroom house with a beautiful back yard with hot tub and heated pool. Kitchen is upgraded to quartz counters and new cabinets. We have vinyl laminate waterproof flooring through out the whole main level. Everything is modern and new. We have fixed this up to be the perfect paradise and easy to keep sanitized and clean. Pool is outdoors and heated from May to October. It is closed for the winter months. Property has video surveillance outside for mistreatment of property. The basement is not part of the rental. You have the upstairs 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. The outdoor shed is also not included in the rental. Main floor is all part of it. You can’t use basement or shed outside. All else is free to use. We are usually around the area for guests if they need anything. We also have property management when we leave town. We have larger plants in back yard that need watering every evening. Property management or ourselves stop in to water please just go about your business like no one is there. The main road has high volume of traffic and there for you will here some traffic noise in the back yard. Feel free to bring a little speaker to play some music to drowned it out. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ EVERYTHING!!
