Newly remodeled ranch home in Village by Lake Erie

Three bedroom “U” shape ranch in Village of Timberlake - close to all Cleveland area Hospitals -Walk across the street for a beautiful view of Lake Erie which offers a beautiful sunset. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths newly remodeled, cathedral ceiling family room with wood burning fireplace, French doors to private patio, and skylights that bring in more natural light. Open concept island kitchen with skylights and new appliances. Jetted bath masterbedroom, walk-in closet, gas fireplace and more skylights. The “U” shape ranch offers privacy in and outside the home. Sleeping all on one wing, entertaining on the other, private courtyard outside created by the two wings of the home. So much more is offered than street view suggests. You will notice we are still in the remodel process (as far as decorating) which should not create a burden on your stay - any decorating ideas are welcomed. Guest have private access to home with exception of one room and closet which is locked containing cleaning and decorating supplies. The beach is a private beach that I am not able to provide access. But there are many public beaches close by. **** In Summer and Fall months guest may have to share outdoor space and entrance areas with the midges which are difficult to manage - and the spiders that find their way into the CLEAN home that is sprayed monthly... (Search titles such as ... midge-season-is-in-full-swing-in-cleveland ) If this "bugs" you please do not book my home. I do not want anyone uncomfortable or dissappinted. This is a self check-in property. I will not be on property but I am typically close by for assistance as needed. Located across street from police/community center which offers beautiful lake views. I am not permitted to offer access to the beach - but there are many public beaches nearby. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Willoughby, East Lake Marina and surrounded by shopping opportunities, groceries and restaurants. Lake Parks with-in 15min drive and many local parks to explore. Ideal for Hospital visits/stays. Less than 30mins to downtown Cleveland and about 50 mins to Hopkins Airport. The perfect location for a quiet get away. Newly remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite island, double wall ovens, double sink and 4 zone refrigerator offers space for chef and for entertaining guests. With French doors, skylights and neutral decor, this home offers the outside in. All bamboo wood flooring with exception of tile in bathrooms.
