Climate Friendly Ecco home features passive south facing sunlit rooms with triple glazed large windows for a bright contemporary look. State of the art building systems make for comfort year round. Smart features and tastefully chosen repurposed materials makes our rental interesting and enjoyable. Healthy additions include: Indoor ventilation system, fresh water filtration drinking water, private back patio and side yard with flower and vegetable gardens in season. Up a flight of steps from the main entrance is a sunny living area which contains a comfortable living room and adjoining dining room with plenty of seating and side bar area for hanging out with family or friends. Adjacent is a well stocked roomy kitchen. The outside shady patio is off the kitchen and is a fully enclosed fenced in area. On the side yard is an outside shower and private dry sauna room. A half bathroom and full laundry with drying room are also on this main level. Up the stairs and translucent landing is the 3rd floor with 2 full spacious bedrooms and bathroom suites. Another flight takes you to the spacious penthouse suite with full bath. Each bedroom has its own individual controls for heating and air-conditioning. On the bottom floor is a purpose built Harry Potter sleeping nook with single bed located under the steps which kids love! Right next-door is a private play/craft area for the kids with some art supplies and games. A 4th bedroom suite is off that area with full private bathroom. This bedroom has its own outside entrance for easy access. Ground level has 2 garage parking spots that accommodates medium sized cars with plenty of outdoor parking. A 240 volt EV car charger and basketball net is on the property also. We welcome pets but an additional $50. cleaning fee will be added. Parking is private and consists of a 2 car garage and additional driveway parking. We welcome you to text us for any needs. We do not live on the property but are in the area regularly. You will be able to check your self in and out. 1225 Rebel Hill Road is convenient to many local destinations including 10-15 minute drive to Villanova, Cabrini and Eastern Universities, Valley Forge Park, King of Prussia attractions and just a 30-40 minute drive into Center City Philadelphia. There are plenty of local restaurants and bike trails and golfing for outdoor recreation. Septa 100 line is 2 blocks away for easy access into Philadelphia. Minutes from major highways. There is an additional single bed/sleeping nook on the bottom floor that brings the total to sleep 11. Or the open queen size futon in one of the bedrooms opens to sleep 11. There is an additional guest suite with a private entrance around the side of this house. This suite will share one parking space on the driveway parking area when it is booked. The suite will have no access to the main homes backyard, fenced in area, garage, side yard, outside sauna and UV charging station at the end of driveway.
