Amazing Family Getaway - Pool, Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Give you family a fun get-away where you can relax and unwind. Large home with a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, basketball court, kids bike riding area, and a short hike, all on a 5-acre property. Inside you can play Ms Pacman, watch movies, play board games, Xbox, karaoke, or do jigsaw puzzles at the large dining table. It is the perfect retreat for your family. Winter swimming? why not! But requires an additional fee to heat the pool during the winter (Nov - April). This house it the perfect spot for families to relax and have fun, while still socially distancing from others. The fully-equipped home, has 3-bedrooms (7 beds) and 3-bathrooms and will comfortably fit families who want to get away for an extended weekend. The large fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream with a Wolf 6-burner gas stovetop, and Viking oven and microwave. There is also a Weber BBQ on the deck, making it perfect for grilling year-round. The dining room has a 10-person dining table for big family dinners, board games, cards, or jigsaw puzzles. The family room has a wood stove for cozy winter nights in front of the fire. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cozy propane fireplace, and a quiet sitting area with a queen-size sofa bed. The two other bedrooms will easily accommodate kids of all ages, or extended family and friends. One bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, and a single bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed. In-between the bedrooms is a full bathroom as well as laundry facilities. The large family room has a 55" Smart TV with an Xbox One and lots of movies. Cables are also provided so you can connect your cell phone to stream Netflix or Hulu. The heated pool is 38' long x 18' wide. It is 4' deep on each end and 8' deep in the middle. Pool is open from April - October but can be made available outside of those dates for an additional fee. The hot-tub is open year-round and will accommodate 7-people. Both the hot tub and pool have lights for nighttime swimming. The fire-pit is perfect for a campfire and roasting marshmallows. The pool house has a fridge and cupboards for poolside snacks, and a toilet so no need to run into the main house when you are soaking wet. The sport court area has an adjustable basketball net with lots of room to dribble and shoot. If you have little ones, bring their bikes as it is a great area for little ones to ride their bikes. There is no broadband access in the neighborhood but you can easily use your cell phone for connectivity. Your cell phone can be used to to stream tv and as a hot-spot for laptops. It is perfect for those that want to un-plug, and manageable for those that need intermittent connectivity. We work from home when we are here, including video meetings. There is limited access to satellite internet, but the performance isn't great, and the speed gets throttled after 100GB. Note #1: Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property or on the street. This is smoke free home and we want to keep it that way for our family and our guests. Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine and your reservation will be automatically be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the property Note #2: No pets on the property. Note #3: No parities or events without permission. Please contact us to discuss BEFORE booking. If you have a party without permission you will be asked to leave the property. Note #4: The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has neighbors on both sides. Please be respectful and keep noise down after midnight. Note #5: Please make sure you check (and follow) the COVID guidelines for Washington. The house has a few areas that are locked and off-limits for guests: * garage & fenced-in area by the garage * shed (on the pool deck) * three closets in the house We will need to come on the property occasionally to service the pool and hot tub, or access the garage. We will restrict our access to the pool area and the garage. We are also close by to resolve any issues that may arise. Quiet, tranquil setting which backs onto a wooded area. Just 10 minutes off I-5 and 15-minutes to all amenities in Burlington where you can find outlet shopping, grocery stores, Costco/Walmart/Target and a movie theatre.
