Our condo is located 30 minutes walk from the Chateau Frontenac, 25 minutes from Old Quebec and Parliament. Please do not hold it against us in your evaluation. 2) The condo is part of a condominium property so NO party or excessive noise will be tolerated. 3) The soundproofing of the condo is classified SUPERIOR, however it must be considered that it is located in the heart of the City so it moves, you could hear the sounds of the city sometimes. 4) We have the permit from the municipality in order to rent our property for short stays, CITQ NO: 298206 . 5) The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen supplies you may need to prepare your favorite meal. You will find ✔Cooking Oil, ✔Balsamic vinegar, ✔Salt & Pepper, ✔sugar, ✔Coffee and Tea. Enjoy!! Packing for your get away?
