Hickory hardwood floors, tiled baths and private deck w/grill. The property is complete with a firepit, 2 pergolas/swing, sand play court, parking and MOST OF ALL ACCESS TO PAW PAW LAKE. You can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board. This cottage has A/C, queen size master bed, sleeper sofa, XL twin bed, fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning), bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, pot/pans , R/O water, microwave, dishwasher, range. The heat source is a Mini-Split (a/c & heat). Their cottage as well as shared bon fire pit, volleyball court, the grounds and lake access! We have a great team that can be reached 24/7! Breathtaking views of Paw Paw Lake. Easy Street Inn Food & Spirits – 3 mins drive - So many great foods and beer options T's Tap - Great diner-style burger cooked right in front of you GOAT Rec Hub Central 185 - Great Breakfast! Blackbird Waterhouse – 2 min drive - Atmosphere and apps Bend Bar and grill – Local Bar with Cheap drinks and good bar food A few feet from Paw Paw lake! Breathtaking views of Paw Paw Lake. Lake Views, Walking Paths, Fire Pits, & Pergolas, Heron’s Nest welcomes our guests to an evening campfire or a swing under the pergola sharing stories with family & friends. R/O water filtered to perfection, Wireless Internet, Smart TV’s, AC/HVAC, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Hardwood Floors, Tiled Baths, Vaulted Ceilings, Fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning). Enjoy the many Lake Michigan Wine & Brewery Tours, Explore the Lake Michigan Shoreline, Cycling, Golf, Fishing Charters, Nature Centers, Farm Fresh Harvests! We do not provide any equipment but if you need to rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc. please let us know and we will tell you our favorite shop in town! Recliner was removed 10/13/2020 We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility. We do not have keys or access to our mailbox. There may be construction in front of our cottage across the street. Not in our property. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
