Bedspreads are provided, as well as queen sheets for the 2 queen beds. I can provide twin sheets, folded and placed on top of the twin beds upon request. This cottage is lakefront, with a large lot across the access street with your own private dock with poles to tie your boats or wave runners. It has a fire-pit on the lake. There is plenty of dining seating indoors and outdoors with a picnic table lakeside, a grill with private dining in the back and 2 large kitchen tables in the cottage. I am available at any time to answer or help with any questions! This is a quiet neighborhood with 8 homes on an access street off of East Terrace near the Rod n Gun club. It is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile to Home Depot, Wegmans and Walmart. Situated on the city side of the street is a public basketball court where you can frequently find kids playing pick-up games. The boat launch is 1/4 mile away, across from the dog park.
